We ask that you do not send the goods back to us freight collect, as the parcel service provider usually charges higher costs for this, which we would have to pass on to you. Please note that opened and unsealed food as well as damaged or used goods cannot be accepted for return. So that we can process your cancellation efficiently, please make sure that the sender is clearly legible. Be sure to include a note with your order number or a copy of the invoice in the package.
