Description
The Uji Gyokuro is made from the exclusive Gokô cultivar , which was specially bred for Gyokuro and Matcha in Uji . Through a slightly deeper steaming, this tea develops a unique and complex taste. Its aroma palette ranges from intense fruit notes reminiscent of strawberries and pineapple to a creamy and mineral depth , which is accompanied by a clearly pronounced umami.
