Description
The first harvest in this region does not take place until May, due to the cool climate. This means that the leaves develop a floral sweetness . The fine leaves of the cultivar used ensure a fresh and intense green tea. Despite the long shading, the umami is rather restrained. The floral and fresh aromas are in the foreground and are very long-lasting. Due to the deep steaming, the infusion color is a dark , cloudy green and is perfect for a delicate Mizudashi iced tea infusion.
