Description
Kukicha is made mainly from the stems of the tea plant and a small amount of leaves. It is low in caffeine and contains fewer bitter substances . Its aroma is floral and fresh , with a soft sweetness and a fruity, slightly nutty aftertaste. This Kukicha is made from the stems and leaves of the shrub varieties Yabukita, Oku Midori, Oku Yutaka, Minami Sayaka and Yutaka Midori. Due to the few bitter substances, it is easy to prepare and very beginner-friendly.
