Description
For this noble Kabusecha, only the Asatsuyu cultivar known as Tennen Gyokuro (natural Gyokuro) was used. This shrub variety has a naturally strong sweetness, which is made even more intense by the shade . It stands out for its fruity-floral sweetness and a pleasant umami aftertaste. Since it is of Tokujou quality, only the finest young leaves were harvested from the upper part of the plant.
